FAQ
How is my payment processed?
Payment processing and is done through PayPal. However, in some circumstances arrangements can be made to pay using other methods, for example a bank transfer. In order to use an alternative method of payment you will need to get in touch with us.

How long is the membership for?
Membership is for 1 year. For example, if you start your membership on the 15th February then your renewal will be due 12 months later.

Will my membership auto-renew?
Yes, using PayPal enables your membership to auto-renew on the day it is due to expire.

What methods of payment can I use?
You will be able to pay using your PayPal balance or a credit/debit card.

Do I need to have a PayPal account?
Yes, a free PayPal account is required in order to enable the membership auto-renew feature.

Will I get a reminder before renewal?
Yes, you will receive an email 3 days before your membership is renewed.

How do I cancel the auto-renew?
If you choose to cancel the auto-renew feature you can do that at any time by going to your PayPal account.

Membership requires you to be a member of this website. You will be asked to log-in or become a member by adding an email address and password. This will enable you to manage your membership. In order for us to more easily manage your membership, you will need a separate email address for each membership you purchase.
